ABOUT OUR BOWLS
- Weighty ceramic pet bowl with printed design around entire circumference.
- Name printed on one side.
- Available in small and large sizes.
- Dishwasher and microwave safe, created with dye sublimation process which fuses design to the bowl making it fade resistant.
- Available with many combinations of colors and font, with choice of outlined or solid pet name.
- This item is handmade to order, therefore finished item may show small differences from the listing photos.
NOTE
We provide the bowl preview option to help you visualize an approximation of your item prior to purchase. Your finished bowl will have subtle differences, ie. The pet name text will be centered and resized to fit the space. There may also be subtle differences in bowl color based on monitor color profiles, etc.

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3-5 business days to create and process your order. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will communicate with you via email to update the expected ship by date.
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days using USPS Ground Advantage. Flat rate shipping fee of $4 applies to most orders shipping within the United States.
We offer $12.99 flat rate shipping to Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands, United Kingdom. $16.99 flat rate shipping to Australia and New Zealand. $19.99 flat rate shipping to Japan, Mexico, Norway.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
For some of our items, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Silly Goose Pets is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In all countries except the UK, due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
In the United Kingdom only, we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@sillygoosepets.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a solution.
