  3. If requesting a proof, please check your messages promptly; orders move to production after 24 hours without response

Care instructions:
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach or dry clean.

Please note:
Do not leave pets unattended with the blanket if they tend to chew or shred bedding or toys. Slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3-5 business days to create and process your order. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will communicate with you via email to update the expected ship by date.

When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days using USPS Ground Advantage. Flat rate shipping fee of $4 applies to most orders shipping within the United States.

We offer $12.99 flat rate shipping to Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands, United Kingdom. $16.99 flat rate shipping to Australia and New Zealand. $19.99 flat rate shipping to Japan, Mexico, Norway.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom. 

For some of our items, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Silly Goose Pets is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In all countries except the UK, due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In the United Kingdom only, we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@sillygoosepets.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a solution.
