Sizing Information
Charm collars are made to order and are not adjustable, so accurate measurements are important.
Measure your dog's neck where the collar will naturally sit, allowing a small amount of room for comfort. If you're unable to measure your dog's neck directly, measure a well-fitting collar from the edge of the female buckle to the base of the male buckle.
When in doubt, size up slightly.
Care & Safety
This is a functional collar suitable for everyday wear and includes a sturdy D-ring for tags and light leash use. Supervision is recommended for dogs who chew or roughhouse with accessories. Decorative charms are not suitable for chewers and the collar is not intended for heavy-duty training or tie-out use.

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days using USPS Ground Advantage. Flat rate shipping fee of $4 applies to most orders shipping within the United States.
We offer $12.99 flat rate shipping to Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands, United Kingdom. $16.99 flat rate shipping to Australia and New Zealand. $19.99 flat rate shipping to Japan, Mexico, Norway.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
For some of our items, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Silly Goose Pets is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In all countries except the UK, due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
In the United Kingdom only, we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@sillygoosepets.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a solution.
